Principal's Message

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you all to Cluny Convent PU College Jalahalli. This college is run by the sisters of St. Joseph of Cluny, guided by the life and spirit of blessed Anne Marie Javouhey, our foundress.

'Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all' This quote by the Greek philosopher Aristotle - emphasizes the fact that education must not be restricted to accumulation of knowledge at the intellectual level but must also lead to the formation of a complete human person.

Education must encompass learning at three different levels, head, heart, and hands. We ensure that our students not only strive to achieve academic excellence but also imbibe the right values that transform them into leaders of tomorrow - for the service of others in the society. With a long and rewarding history of achievement in education as well as extra-curricular activities, our faculties strive to do their best, motivating students, and understanding parents unstinted support, we are all set to move forward together with confidence, pride and enthusiasm.

It is my hope and wish that this website binds all of us, the management, the staff, the parents and the public into a close knit community of collaboration in the common mission of service.
